We adore your little ones, but please plan for this to be an adults-only celebration. Exceptions: babes‑in‑arms and children of our immediate family. Thank you for understanding.

Cocktail attire! For men: a suit and tie or button-down and dress pants will work wonderfully. For women: jumpsuits and mini, knee-length, midi or floor-length cocktail dresses are great options. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and Colorado weather can be very unpredictable!

Due to the limited space at our venue, only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says "+1" or includes a guest's name, then yes, we would love for them to join!

Please aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time to ensure you are seated and ready to celebrate with us!

The closest airport to our venue is Denver International Airport, which is about 1 hour 15 minutes away.

Although Colorado weather is unpredictable, late September is usually lovely. Daytime highs are often in the 70s, but temperatures can drop into the 40s at night. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket for the evening.

The best way to get to Bailey is to fly into Denver International Airport (about 1 hr 15 min drive). Rideshares can be unpredictable in the area, so we recommend renting a car if you’re coming from out of town. Once at Deer Creek Valley Ranch, shuttles will be available for the short walk between the ceremony and reception.

We’ll serve a plated dinner, an open bar, and wedding cake for dessert. Menu details will be posted here soon.

Ceremony at 5:00 PM — please arrive by 4:30 PM to be seated. Cocktail hour at 5:30 PM. Dinner at 6:45 PM. Dancing at 8:30 PM.

Our venue in Bailey, CO is about a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Denver International Airport and roughly 45 minutes from downtown Denver. There are many hotels and Airbnb options in Bailey and Denver that make for convenient stays. The venue has ample parking, and we’ll have on-site shuttles available to transport guests between the ceremony and reception areas as needed.
